Ordering Policies
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment
Options: We
accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You
may order online with your credit card, or if you prefer, you may call us at 937-320-1679 with your credit card
number. You may also ask us to call you for the information; just let us
know when you would like us to call. Our hours are
Tuesday-Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM and Saturday, 10 AM – 5 PM,
Eastern Time.
CREDIT
CARDS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number
(the one the credit card company has on file for you) or we will not be able to
process the order. Your credit card
will be billed upon processing your order.
Tax:
A 6.5% sales tax will be added to any order delivered within Ohio.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We
ship by the U.S. Postal Service
within two business days of receipt of your order. Any orders placed while we
are closed will be shipped within two days after we reopen.
We generally do not ship outside the United States.
There
is an automatic charge of $25 to your account for any shipment that is refused.
RETURN POLICY
1. You must contact Puzzles Plus via email or phone before returning an item. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and will be given a refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges. No shipped returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
2. Your
purchase must be returned with shipping Pre-paid
(i.e. at your expense) in order to receive a refund.
All items must be returned in the original packaging. The
RMA must appear on your return packing label.
3. Your
return must be accompanied by the RMA and a copy of the original invoice.
4. Defective
Merchandise: If an item is defective (broken or missing pieces), please
contact Puzzles Plus within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
You will be provided with the manufacturer’s name and phone number and
they should be able to provide a replacement.
5.
Other Returns: All
non-defective returns under 7 days of invoice date,
are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
After 7 days and up to 15 days there is a 30% restocking fee.
Christmas exception: All
orders placed between 11/1 and 12/25 may be returned until 1/10 with a 15%
restocking fee.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your
receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify
our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer
to sell. Because we carry a limited
number of each item, this enables us to carry a wide variety of items.
While the online inventory is updated daily, it is possible that your
order could be confirmed while the last of an item is simultaneously sold at the
store. You will be promptly
notified if an item is no longer in stock before processing your order.
PRICING ERRORS
If
a product is listed with an incorrect price due to various errors (by either the
supplier or by Puzzles Plus typographical mistakes), Puzzles Plus reserves the
right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the product listed at the
incorrect price. Puzzles Plus
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is canceled, Puzzles Plus will immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the exact amount of the purchase.
