We ship by the U.S. Postal Service within two business days of receipt of your order. Any orders placed while we are closed will be shipped within two days after we reopen. We do not ship outside the United States. Customers must check out using the Paypal option only.
There is an automatic charge of $25 to your account for any shipment that is refused.
1. You must contact Puzzles Plus via email or phone before returning an item. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and will be given a refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges. No shipped returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
2. Your purchase must be returned with shipping Pre-paid (i.e. at your expense) in order to receive a refund. All items must be returned in the original packaging. The RMA must appear on your return packing label.
3. Your return must be accompanied by the RMA and a copy of the original invoice.
4. Defective Merchandise: If an item is defective (broken or missing pieces), please contact Puzzles Plus within 15 days of receipt of purchase. You will be provided with the manufacturer’s name and phone number and they should be able to provide a replacement.
5. Other Returns: All non-defective returns under 7 days of invoice date, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 7 days and up to 15 days there is a 30% restocking fee. Christmas exception: All orders placed between 11/1 and 12/25 may be returned until 1/10 with a 15% restocking fee.
