Instant Insanity II

A new "twist" on the great puzzle classic. You can have fun two ways. First, solve the classic Instant Insanity challenge by arranging the 16 panels until four different colors are located in each row and each column. How? Move one or two panels onto the rotating top and give it a twist. You'll cleverly transport them to different columns. Rotate the puzzle's base and you'll move 4 panels, all at once. Once you've warmed up, try the ultimate challenge: solve the classic challenge AND at the same time color-match each of thee small circles (line up all 16 so each is one solid color). There are millions of way to arrange the 16 panels, but only 24 correct solutions to the ultimate challenge.
