Important Information
We are a retail puzzle store located in Beavercreek, Ohio. Many, but
not all, of the items available in our store are listed on this site.
We try to ship orders by the US Postal Service
within two business days of receipt. Orders placed while we
are closed will be shipped within two days after we reopen. On-line inventory is
usually updated daily, so out of
stock items should not appear, but if the item you order is not available, we will notify you.
Quoted shipping prices are guidelines. Actual
shipping costs depend on the weight of the items and the distance
shipped. If the actual shipping cost exceeds that which is quoted to
you, we will contact you for your approval before we ship the item.
If
you do not see a particular item that you want, it may be temporarily out of stock,
or it may be in stock but not on the web site. You can contact
us by phone or e-mail and we can let you know if it is an item that
we can get for you.
